1. How long are shipping times?

4. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
If the product you ordered is wrong or damaged, please contact us at east10thclothing@gmail.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or if their items are damaged.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
